Shoreby Club Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this mobile application (the “App”) to provide guests and customers of our services and facilities with convenient access to reservations, ordering, updates, and other features.

· Device and Usage Information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, app version, crash logs, and usage data.

· Location Information: With your consent, we may collect approximate or precise location data to improve service features (e.g., directions or proximity-based offers).

· Communications: Messages, inquiries, or feedback you send through the App.

· Analytics and Cookies: We and our service providers (e.g., Google Firebase, analytics tools) may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how you use the App, improve performance, and provide relevant offers.

· Marketing Preferences: Your choices regarding marketing communications or notifications.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

·  Opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe links or adjusting App settings.

·  Adjust device settings to disable location tracking or push notifications.

·  Request a copy or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

We will respond to all privacy-related requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.  If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly delete it.  Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our affiliates may use cookies, SDKs, and other tracking technologies to analyze App usage and improve functionality.  You may disable cookies or tracking features via your device settings; however, some features may not function properly.

Data Beach Notification

In the event of a security incident involving unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, personal information, we will follow all notification requirements under Ohio Revised Code Section 1349.19 and other applicable law.  If your data is affected you will be notified promptly with additional information.

Communications and Marketing

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).  We will not send you promotional emails or text messages without your consent, and all messages will include an easy way to opt out.

Transactional or service-related communications are not considered marketing.

The App may link to third-party websites, payment platforms, or services not controlled by us.  We are not responsible for their privacy practices.  Please review those parties’ privacy policies before using their services.

International Users

Our App and servers are located in the united States.  If you access the App from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your date in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.

If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the Effective Date and providing notice int eh App or by email.  Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy
